Fearless Fit is a fitness program designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Fearless Fit provides an effective and unique exercise program incorporating a variety of exercise modes including weight training, boxing and MMA techniques, plyometrics, and yoga. Fearless Fit accomodates anyone regardless of their current fitness level. It is our goal to create a smooth transition for those who are just starting out, and to ensure a positive, comfortable, and encouraging environment for all of our participants.
