Kenny Johnson

Kenny Johnson wrestled at the University of Iowa under the legendary coach Dan Gable, and is training for his 6th Olympic Games. Kenny is a premiere wrestling coach in MMA working with BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Jose Aldo, Paul Daley, Lyoto Machida, Antonio Nogueira and martial arts legend, Danny Inosanto. Kenny Johnson is 1 of only 35 coaches in the world to be certified at a USA Wrestling NECP Gold Level.

David Ocasio

David Ocasio has been a professional in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years. He has developed thousands of unique dynamic fitness programs specializing in flexibility, corrective kinesiology, and post-rehabilitation and strength and conditioning for clients of all ages and abilities. His individualized programs include corrective bio-mechanical movement patterns, functional exercises, and the promotion of healthy posture, which leads to efficiency in body movements on a day-to-day basis.
 

An avid sports enthusiast, David has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to achieve optimal performance in athletics and general health. His insight and expertise in teaching various training modalities and stretching techniques have benefited many clients with hip and knee replacements, ACL reconstruction, in addition to a variety of other musculoskeletal injuries. David creates a positive motivational environment, improving the self-awareness, confidence and performance level of each individual.

 

Graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors, David earned his B.S. in Physical Education from Hunter College. Professional memberships include the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certifications includes: CSCS, RBT – reactive band training, TRX – suspension training system, Golf Biomechanics Professional (CHEK Institute), Exercise Coach (CHEK Institute), Back Specialist (CHEK Institute), and Core Conditioning Specialist with the CHEK Institute, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), East Coast Alliance Instructor (ECA), Johnny G. Spinning Instructor, Cycle Reebok Instructor, Active-Isolated Stretching. and CPR.

Brian Cain is the founder and operator of Brian Cain Peak Performance, he is also our mentor and seminar instructor for what we call the mental game. He is a Peak Performance Coach and Sport Psychology Consultant to professional, collegiate and high school coaches, athletes and programs. He helps in the development of mental toughness necessary to perform at their best on a consistent basis. Developing leadership and positive change in performance groups, sports, business education. Mental toughness is a skill that can be developed and its what he dose at Fearless Fighting.
